If you're replacing old, drafty windows or doors with new ENERGY STAR® certified models, you could qualify for rebates to help cover the cost of your renovation.
Available Rebates
FortisBC Window & Door Rebates
Up to $100 per window or door.
Must replace existing products with ENERGY STAR® certified units with a U-factor of 1.22 W/m²·K (0.21 BTU/h·ft²·°F) or lower.
Applies to upgrades in residential homes, townhouses, or duplexes.
Must use a Program Registered Contractor — and yes, we’re on the list!
BC Hydro Home Renovation Rebates
Up to $100 per window or door.
Products must be ENERGY STAR® certified for Zone 3.
Can be combined with FortisBC rebates if you receive electricity from BC Hydro and gas from FortisBC.
Available to detached homes, duplexes, and townhomes.
